What we offer our artists

• You set your own prices.
• You can decide what your fee would be per track, dependent on how many parts there are to record/if the client hasn’t got sheet music etc.
• We only send you jobs which fit your criteria. i.e. if you don’t want to accept jobs without attached sheet music, we won’t let a client request that of you.
• You get to keep 100% of your fee.
• We charge a booking fee to the clients so you never owe us a thing after the initial £25 application fee has been paid.

After getting my first job emailed to me, Remote Performer made it really easy to download all the tracks and music I needed to get on with what I enjoy doing the most. They even deal with the money side of things, so I spend less time doing admin and more time playing my cello!

What we need from you

• You must understand what is expected of you as a remote recording artist. We will upload some videos soon so you can find out everything you need to know.
• There will be a short application form to fill in - this shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes if you already have a bio/CV written up.
• We'll need to hear a recent demo, with both the full mix (if you have it) and also the stem tracks you recorded for your client.
• We need to know about what gear you have. i.e. What mics will you be using / which audio interface etc.
